Education

Igor Nikolishin is a graduate of the Zhezkazgan Mining College (Mining Department). He graduated from the East Kazakhstan State Technical University in the field of Mining, has an MBA degree from the ANO DPO Moscow Business School. He also received an education in the specialty "Technosphere Security" at the Ural State Mining University.

Career

2011-2017

Igor Nikolishin once worked at Kazakhmys, and since 2011 he has held various positions in Polymetal structures, including since 2017 he has led the Kazakhstani enterprise Polymetal Varvarinskoye.

2023: Appointment as CEO of Pavlik Gold Mining Company

In January 2023, Igor Nikolishin became the new general director of the Pavlik gold mining company, who replaced Anton Kim in this post. Interfax drew attention to the appointment of a new head, referring to the data of the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRUL).

The agency received a short comment from Anton Kim. He said that he left Pavlik to concentrate on other projects.

By January 2023, the mining and processing plant at the Pavlik field in the Magadan Region, opened in 2015, is among the top 15 Russian gold miners. The field is managed by Arlan Investment Company.

By January 22, 2023, the Pavlik website reports that Igor Nikolishin has been engaged in production activities at mining and metallurgical enterprises for more than 25 years. He successfully introduced the best practices in production at enterprises, was engaged in planning and created strong teams, indicated on the Pavlik website. It also confirms information about the appointment of Nikolishin as the new CEO of the company in January 2023.[1]
