The Federal Grid Company controls substations of a uniform APCS

RTSoft completed system implementation of collecting and information transfer on substation of 500 kV of Veshkaym and substation of 500 kV Keys.

Goals and Objectives

System (SSPI) provides collecting, processing and transfer of telemetric information on a status of nodes and units of substations, in branches of JSC "SO UES" – ODU of Middle Volga, the Ulyanovsk RDU and the Penza RDU.

A system is implemented based on the multi-function printer of telemechanics "by SMART-KP Electra", developments of RTSoft Ltd which is a basis for creation of the bottom level of the systems of dispatching control and management on power generation facilities.

"SMART-KP Electra" performs collection of information and data exchange with higher levels of a system. Besides, telecontrol functions by on-off objects with the increased protection against false operations and synchronization of the built-in hours against the GPS receiver with an accuracy of ±1 ms are provided in the device.

Creation of SSPI is directed to increase in efficiency of information exchange with adjacent both the PS PCS higher levels of 500 kV of Veshkaym and 500 kV Keys.

Implementation is intended to provide the required level of reliability and efficiency of operation of the capital equipment in all modes of functioning of substations.
