Specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) executed product introduction "BIT:CRM 8" to "The Kremlin school of riding". As a result of automation the management of horse club received the tool for the customer accounting and relationship with them, operational drawing up the lesson schedule, accounting of horse and trainer's structure, statistic reports.
Due to the development and appearance of new pupils in school requirement of automation appeared:
- customer accounting and relationship with them;
- performance monitoring of marketing efforts;
- drawing up lesson schedule (daily about 50 lessons);
- personification of service and address work with pupils;
- planning and execution of occupations (and other services);
- drawing up loading of horse structure and trainers;
- obtaining statistical information.
At the time of the beginning of system implementation these problems were solved with the help of spreadsheets that was very labor-consuming.
As the partner the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) as the firm has extensive experience of implementation of customer relationship management systems, including own product "BIT:CRM 8" was selected. In the course of implementing solution the block for planning of occupations, accounting and statistic reports about employment of trainer's and horse structure was created. In a project deliverable maintaining the customer base was automated, now at school there is complete information about the client (calls, meetings, occupations and other) that helped to find individual approach to each pupil. As a result of automation there was a graphic display of loading of premises occupations that allowed to increase personnel performance. In general "BIT:CRM 8" helped to raise a customer loyalty and to increase the number of pupils.
