2022: Automation of "field" personnel management
Terabit Digital on January 23, 2023 announced the implementation of a project to automate the management of "field" personnel for Leader Team.
Leader Team is an outsourcing company that provides a large range of services in the field of merchandising. More than 55 cities of presence and 200 customers represented by large and medium-sized domestic companies.
The project executor was faced with the task: to develop a complex that will allow the company to:
- speed up the operation of merchandisers in certain directions;
- increase transparency in communication for customers;
- Optimize PHY
- Become more flexible and scalable
- high overall efficiency of processes.
Terabit Digital has developed the GoToSales (GTS) software suite, which includes:
- Web-based interface for management, team members, and its clients
- a mobile application for customers;
- mobile application for merchandisers and supervisors;
- Services that serve databases
- 1CGTS.
For the merchandising company management, the system:
- Provides a single point of management for employees
- Eliminates the problem of layering merchandisers visits at points
- Rules out having 'dead souls' in state and filling out fake reports
- Monitors merchandiser visits
All visits are monitored using geolocation services. When an employee opens a visit at a specific point, the system connects it to it. Data is recorded on when and where the merchandiser started his visit and where he finished - the supervisor receives a report on the presence of the employee. This makes the merchandiser control system more transparent, it becomes more difficult to deceive.
In turn, for merchandisers, the system provides:
- Fill out questionnaires online. A separate mobile application with a price tag recognition system specifically for merchandisers allows you to fill out all the necessary questionnaires online during your visit and instantly upload to the system.
- Online access to different calculation standards. The "Display Standards" section contains photos and a description of what the arrangement of the manufacturer's goods on the shelf should look like. Photos can be viewed by merchandisers and used in their work.
Finally, for customers, the system provides:
- Direct access to data (ability to view reports, check tasks, send comments and complaints)
- Flexibility in task management for merchandisers (in the personal account, manufacturers indicate which outlets they want to receive reports from merchandisers, which product items and with what frequency)
- Set up demand reporting (you can filter all items by category, group, or brand)
- Control over the fulfillment of obligations by retail chains
- Direct communication with merchandisers
The software package for monitoring the operation of merchandisers can be used as an independent product, as well as as an infrastructure.
According to the customer's feedback, the IT solution allows Leader Team to implement effective merchandising schemes in 93% of federal and local networks in Russia.
