The CORUS Consulting system integrator developed new web service – exchange of electronic legally significant documents through the Accountant's Office system.

The Russian business is still done today by paper document flow. For a set of the large companies – for example, retail chain stores, the organizations at which in the daily mode a huge number of transactions with partners is carried out – it means duplication of actions (creation of the electronic document and then its physical approval and signing), paper tons (all agreements, acts and invoices in duplicate) and months of waiting of return by mail of the signed copies from clients and partners.

Often papers are lost, the efficiency suffers, with growth of business also labor costs of employees, responsible for external document flow, - accounting grow.

"The idea to create service on the Internet on which it would be possible to exchange accounting documents, and in the long term – to perform the protected exchange of any data in electronic form, was born not just like that", - the chief executive of Corus Consulting Yakubovsky Leonid tells. - "Our company provides with services of EDI – exchange of electronic documents – more than 6000 legal entities, with each of which we as provider of service, are forced to exchange paper reporting documents. We feel all inconveniences of traditional document flow on ourselves. Therefore Corus Consulting about more than 6000 clients became the first user of "The accountant's office". Well, and time we managed to make it for ourselves, we decided to go further and to suggest to use "office" to a wide range of the interested companies tired of paperwork. Especially as the legislation already it allows today, and interest from business in similar services huge".

Let's remind that according to the Federal law "About the Electronic Digital Signature" (No. 1 of 1/10/2002), in the editorial office Federal Law of 11/8/2007 (No. 258-FZ) a number of the document types signed with the EDS has the complete legal importance and does not assume duplication by paper copies. Besides, on July 30, 2010 the Russian President Dmitry Medvedev signed the federal law of 7/27/2010 No. 229-FZ which in particular, provides a possibility of drawing of invoices in electronic form by mutual consent of the parties of the transaction and in the presence at the parties of compatible technical means and opportunities for acceptance and processing of invoices.

Now to "The accountant's office" clients of Corus Consulting are connected, and within a month the service will become available for all comers.

In the Accountant's Office system documents are verified by means of the electronic digital signature. "Now the accountant performs only three actions: loads the document, fills "card" - the short description that it was easier for partner to identify document purpose, and signs the EDS, after that the document leaves to the receiver", - the project manager "The accountant's office" Golynsky Sergey tells. - "What was sent by a regular mail earlier - all types of civil agreements delivery notes, acts, invoices, powers of attorney – are delivered now for seconds in electronic form. In addition to obvious advantage – acceleration of business processes, the frequent situation when paper documents are lost is excluded, do not reach the receiver. Paperless exchange allows to accelerate and simplify strongly document flow between the companies, to lower logistic costs, to accelerate business processes. As a result, substantial increase of labor productivity is observed".

Access to service is provided via the Internet browser. "The accountant's office" is constructed on technologies of Oracle. The core of a system is Oracle Application Server 10g, Oracle Database 10g, Oracle BPEL DBMS as the standard of creation of business processes. The interface of "The accountant's office" is implemented on Microsoft .NET. For work with the EDS clients of a system need the module of cryptoprotection CryptoPro and the certificate of certification center which can be also issued by Certification center Corus Consulting.
