ITM automates processes of deliveries and service of the equipment in closed joint stock company" PromTekhInvest"

As a software platform of the project the customer selected EAM/MRO system of TRIM from the Russian software developer for management systems for fixed assets, service and repairs – the companies of Scientific Production Enterprise" Spectec". The ITM company which is entering into group" Spectec", having experience of accomplishment of similar projects in the field of service maintenance automation became the contractor.

The project began in July, 2010 with agreement signature between ITM and" PromTekhInvest" and inspections of the enterprise of the customer. The project documentation is so far developed, processes – automation objects and managements in the created system are identified.

A system will include several functional subsystems automating activity of closed joint stock company" PromTekhInvest". First of all, this supply management of sets of the equipment – formation of scheduled plans of deliveries, with detailing of structure of delivery, determination of responsible persons, accounting and control of completion dates, etc. The subsystem of logistics will cover processes of providing clients with spare parts, including classification of material resources, transactions with supplying documents, quality control of spare parts before delivery (registration of checks, the made decisions), accounting and control of deliveries of spare parts, their costs, etc. The subsystem of document flow will cover transactions with accompanying documents – from the delivery agreement of the equipment to operational documentation and acts of the claim.

For the purpose of reliability augmentation of the equipment the functionality of the magazine of defects will be involved in a system. In particular, processing of the defect which arose on the client's equipment – registration of defect with a binding to a copy of the equipment and the indication of the reasons, work planning on elimination of defect, determination of need for spare parts, formation of the connected documents of supply, the report on performance of work, etc. Data storage about defects and their analysis will allow to reveal the most problem elements in terms of reliability, to investigate the reasons (low quality of spare parts, operation abuse of regulations, etc.), to develop actions for decrease in a defect level.

For start of these functions in operation it is necessary to fill the database of a system with information on the equipment and spare parts – to create directories of nodes and spare parts, directories of the standard supplied equipment, directories of the installed equipment on fields and bushes, with visualization in the form of a hierarchical tree and linear reference books. At the moment the base is partially prepared. Also user training, adaptation of analytical tools to needs of the customer, balancing and commissioning is a part of works on system implementation.
