2022: Migrating to TrueConf Server

The Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation transferred all communications of the department to the domestic video communication platform TrueConf Server. This was announced on January 24, 2023 by TrueConf. The purpose of the introduction of the VKS-system was the need to optimize work processes, create a network of communications for remote communication of employees. The platform makes it possible to hold working meetings and conferences with representatives of other departments in a remote and hybrid format, as well as integrate with TrueConf VKS systems of other structures and organizations.

The VKS system is easily scalable and adaptable to the growing demands of the industry.

To organize an uninterrupted process of work, reduce time and financial costs, it was decided to introduce a domestic video communication system. After the competitive selection in the Ministry of Sports, TrueConf Server was deployed - a Russian platform.

The TrueConf Server VKS platform is installed on the ministry's own equipment and operates in a closed corporate network, which excludes the possibility of unauthorized access to conferences of third-party users, and also guarantees the department's specialists full administrative control over communications. For effective collaboration, client applications are used for all popular platforms and operating systems equipped with a built-in corporate messenger.

The VKS server runs on a secure communication protocol manufactured by TrueConf, so the department's communications system is protected from possible blocking and sanctions by software suppliers and foreign providers.
