Federal Accreditation Service (Rosaccreditation) automated the workflow process thanks to a solution based on artificial intelligence (AI). The platform developed by the resident "company" SkolkovoBiorg recognizes and automatically uploads electronic correspondence electronic document management system to departments. AI simplifies the processing of incoming requests by independently analyzing about 50 documents per day, the volume of each of which is, on average, 10 pages.

About 10 thousand incoming documents of various formats and volumes have already been processed through the Beorg Smart Vision platform. The Biorg system automatically recognizes and verifies data with quality above 99% and uploads them to the contour of the Rosaccreditation electronic document management system.

The AI system automatically extracts all the necessary attributes from correspondence and monitors the entire chain of work with individual documents, providing end-to-end control.

Such a digital system for intelligent document processing is not an exclusive AI service, but a completely typical solution that can be quickly scaled to different types of documents. This platform differs from the expensive custom development necessary for more complex recognition and analysis systems - digital assistants based on AI technologies, - said Ilya Verigin, director of work with state customers of Biorg.

According to Verigin, the cost of a typical service and the price of developing a digital assistant for the same business process process can differ by almost 20 times. Of course, a complex and expensive system provides a higher level of automation and recognition accuracy, but it only justifies itself on a large volume of documents. According to the Pareto principle, the service model covers 80% of the most important and common tasks, and thus has great efficiency.

The Beorg Smart Vision platform allows you to use seamless value verification technologies that AI recognized with a low confidence threshold. At the output, the information system receives unambiguously reliable and complete data. In total, up to 4 million fields with personal data are processed on the platform monthly. The solution allows you to process semi-structured and handwritten documents with high accuracy, as well as "fading" archival texts using AI tools and a plug-in cloud module for verifying recognized data.
