2017-2021

Dmitry Sergienkov began his career at HeadHunter in 2017. HeadHunter joined JP Morgan Chase as vice president of investment banking, where he worked with companies in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors of the EMEA region.

In 2021, he took the position of Deputy General Director in the company and began to be responsible for the implementation of key areas of strategy and product development of the company. Prior to that, Dmitry held the position of Director of Strategy and Investment at HeadHunter, and also led projects in the capital markets, including IPO Nasdaq for 2019.

For five years of work at HeadHunter, Dmitry Sergienkov made a huge contribution to the success of the company and the formation of a strategy for its further development, gained unique experience in relationships with stakeholders and clients, and also contributed to the strengthening of management and the entire HeadHunter team. 2023: Appointment as CEO of HeadHunter

On January 26, 2023, the Russian company HeadHunter, which develops the recruiting service of the same name, announced the appointment of Dmitry Sergienkov as the new general director. He replaced Mikhail Zhukov, who headed HeadHunter since 2008. He moves to the position of president of the company and will retain his place on the board of directors. Zhukov will be involved in risk management, including information security. He will also continue to participate in the formation of the strategy, strategic management, as well as monitor the implementation of the strategy.

Changes to HeadHunter's senior management team take effect on March 1, 2023.

HeadHunter noted that Sergienkov has 10 years of successful experience in the field of M&A and capital markets transactions in leading investment banks both in Russia and abroad.
