The Elisa company completed implementation of the CRM project according to the SaaS model for own needs. At the heart of the project - Microsoft Dynamics CRM and data center of Elisa.
Background
Need of support of sellers and other staff of the company and also possibility of control and monitoring including from head office served as premises of system implementation. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform is based in data center of Elisa in Finland.
From the beginning to results
Start of own internal project was the first stage of development of the CRM direction in the SaaS model from Elisa.
The main project works took about four months. According to Maxim Potapov, the expert in Microsoft Dynamics CRM in Elisa company, it is the standard term of accomplishment of similar tasks. "At the moment it is possible to tell that the project is successfully complete. Our employees take all advantages which the CRM system can give them. Sellers received the good tool for work. It is a possibility of planning of the tasks, maintaining transactions, conducting contacts, obtaining the most operational information from all divisions of the company. The marketing department purchased a possibility of the organization of different marketing efforts and also the analysis of their efficiency. Also all necessary reports – a funnel of sales, the analysis of activities, reports on marketing, etc. are available to us So tasks which the project had to solve are already solved. If now we find necessary to enter some completions or changes into the system, then it becomes without stopping works of users. The system at us of a trekhjyazychn that is especially convenient for work with foreign colleagues", – Mr. Potapov reported.
Now the project is complete.
