Abriso implements ERP at the offices on the world

The Innoware company started project implementation of implementation of an end-to-end system of resource management of the enterprise at the Ukrainian office of the Belgian company Abriso.

Base

Main objective of implementation of the ERP system in Abriso - creation of a common information space for work of all companies of corporation.

During the project specialists of Innoware together with the Belgian partner of AdUltima will perform replication of the business model of Microsoft Dynamics AX used by Abriso company at head office and around the world. Besides, in the company localization of Microsoft Dynamics AX which will allow to keep accounting and tax accounting according to requirements of the Ukrainian legislation will be implemented.

Hopes of the customer and confidence

"We expect that implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX will provide to the company more effective resource planning and data integration from all divisions of the company that certainly will bring essential benefits. Using consolidation of all subsidiary companies in the different countries under one platform we will increase management efficiency and we are going to reach effect of synergy quicker, – Jan Deyong, the chief financial officer of Abriso says.

The planned project completion period - three months. A system will cover primary activity of the company - sales, purchases, production and finance. For the beginning of implementation in a system five users of recently opened office, are planned increase in number of users up to several tens in the near future.
