Content

In Arkolor company implementation of 1C:Enterprise 8 is implemented. The partner in the project - Logen company.

Premises and factors

Products of Arkolor company are sold from the plant in Moscow across all Russia, to Kazakhstan, Ukraine.

For work with the developed network it is important to provide uninterrupted logistics. In a case with products of the company this task is complicated by a number of factors: urgency of delivery because of specifics of products (paints and varnishes), sales amounts and units of packing transportation. The company management considers that permanent accumulation of efficiency including at the expense of business process optimization, implementation of the automation equipment of planning and accounting should be the basic principle of development of the company.

Solution

Solve so important problems in a separation from automation of adjacent processes - receiving and order placements, ensuring production process, resource planning on production, an inventory control and so forth - the company executive considered inexpedient.

The decision on software implementation of 1C:Enterprise 8 was made.

Making decision on automation of management accounting on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform was served by the imminent need to pass from good old 1C: Accounting 7.7 to more modern 1C: Accounting 8. The single platform of both solutions allowed to calculate that it will be possible to integrate managerial and regulated accounting without problems and to lower costs for their maintaining.

End

In two months after the beginning of works the system installed on the server and four automated workplaces was transferred to commercial operation.

Results

Considerable simplification of planning and accounting of production operations became an important project deliverable.

As a result standard means of the program (without additional programming) solve three important tasks:

  • Creation and change of specifications of products is simplified (only the main specification changes, and specifications of the packed-up products do not change). Process became faster, controlled, and besides the number of "human" errors considerably decreased.
  • Production design process is simplified.
  • On the basis of orders for production automatic write-off of raw materials and a container from a warehouse is made.

During the project the task to synchronize reference books and to provide data transfer of management accounting, clear and reasonable for the company, in accounting was set, as it was made using the standard mechanism "1C:Enterprise 8".

Now main system for data entry is 1C: Small Business Management. Standard mechanisms of unloading of data from managerial in an accounting system allowed to organize operational data exchange between programs, to minimize manual entry of data in 1C: Accounting 8 and to considerably reduce the number of discrepancies.

Customer's Feedback

It is decided to buy in addition still licenses and to expand the volume of use of 1C: Small Business Management on 1-2 jobs in the next half a year, having connected to it sales managers, consider in company management.
