The first stage of implementation of an end-to-end automated system of 1C is completed : Management of manufacturing enterprise 8 (1S: UPP) in Tea World Group.

About specifics and the choice of the solution

That companies and branches [[Tea world|The Tea World groups j are in the different cities, need to integrate them in the unified information system and to solve a problem of complex automation of accounting and management in of Consulting Company Upravlyayushchiye tekhnologii Ltd.

The company management gave preference to the complete solution 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management which, in particular, is caused by a ratio of cost of a system of the class ERP and results of risks assessments.

Results of the first stage

In the course of implementation, standard 1C:Enterprise 8 configuration. Management of manufacturing enterprise it is adapted for needs of the customer, the main labor costs on completion of a system at the first stage were connected with start of a distributed database.

After end of the first stage of the project the management "Consulting company "Managing Technologies" of Tea World group received the unified information system for payroll and personnel management. A total quantity of the automated jobs — 20. Work within an implementation project of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 is continued.

The following subsystems of accounting are put into commercial operation:

• Payroll;
• Personnel management.

Staff of 1C:VDGB company performed works:

• installation of the software product at the client;
• completion of standard functionality of the 1C software product;
• user training of 1C;
• preparation of information base for start;
• maintenance of users and the program on start, transfer to commercial operation.
