The implementation of the Priority SDU automated the document flow of FC Lokomotiv at the level from performers to managers of all areas: coaching staff and medical personnel, legal, financial, engineering services, departments responsible for procurement and security. Up to 300 users are stable daily, including 150 concurrent employees and 30 users of automated executive workstations for tablet devices.

SDU Priority was selected by FC Lokomotiv as the solution most consistent with the company's expectations for the convenience, quality and reliability of business process support, as well as as a system included in the Unified Register of Russian Programs for Electronic Computers and Databases. An important condition in the implementation of the project was the need to save and migrate data from the previous system. In total, about 6 thousand incoming, 5 thousand outgoing and more than 20 thousand internal documents were transferred.

FC Lokomotiv strives for the highest sports results that can be achieved only with the coordinated work of all divisions. Each day, the club works with more than 70 documents and 400 assignments. SDU "Priority" brought the document flow to a qualitatively different level in a single electronic space and made it possible to preserve the entire accumulated previously accumulated volume of documents, noted the head of the Document Management division of FC Lokomotiv Arina Ilyina.

During the introduction of the Priority SDU in FC Lokomotiv, the company worked in detail with the club's divisions of more than 30 business processes. The introduction of the Priority SDU allowed FC Lokomotiv to achieve its goals:

1. Creation of a single electronic documentation space.

• Various workplaces have been implemented depending on the functionality of employees: a web application, a desktop client and mobile workplaces for tablet devices.
• Solutions for working with internal, external and outgoing documents have been implemented, including their registration, coordination, control of execution and other actions that ensure interaction between different departments.
• Thorough briefing of users and technical personnel was carried out.

2. Control, information support, and reduce time.

• Document and order routes have been created to indicate the status of the document at each point.
• It is possible to filter and search for registration cards and task cards by parameters.
• Document scanning was implemented with automatic attachment to the registration card.

3. Speed of decision-making.

• The use of an electronic signature (EP) and an enhanced qualified electronic signature (EEC) in accordance with federal requirements is provided.
• Users receive notifications about tasks, approaching the deadline, seeing the document and other events.
• The ability to delegate authority has been implemented.

4. Reliability and availability of EDMS.

• The system provides 24/7 operation with the possibility of regular backup.
• Provided integration with external systems.
