2004-2010

2004-2007 - graduate student of the full-time graduate school of FSU "Intersectoral Scientific and Technical Complex" Eye Microsurgery "named after Academician S.N. Fedorov.

2007-2010 - ophthalmologist, acting Head of the first ophthalmological department of the Cheboksary branch of the FSU "MNTK" Eye Microsurgery "named after Academician S.N. Fedorov Rosmedtekhnologiya."

Since 2010 - chief physician of the BU CR "Republican Clinical Ophthalmological Hospital" of the Ministry of Health of Chuvashia.

2023: Appointment as Director of MNTC "Microsurgery of the Eye named after S. N. Fedorov"

February 13, 2023 it was announced the appointment of Dmitry Arsyutov as the new director of the National Medical Research Center "Intersectoral Scientific and Technical Complex (NMIC MNTK)" Eye Microsurgery "named after Academician S.N. Fedorov." The corresponding order was signed by the Minister of Health RFMikhail Murashko.

At the beginning of 2023, the former Deputy Minister of Health Oleg Gridnev was relieved of his duties as General Director of the NMIC MNTK "Eye Microsurgery" - he held the position since January 2022. Then the acting general director was appointed deputy director for scientific and clinical work Alexander Doga.[1]
