2022: Implementation of the Russian video conferencing system TrueConf Server

The Analytical Credit Rating Agency (ACRA), accredited by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, has introduced a domestic all-in-one video conferencing system - TrueConf Server. This was reported by TrueConf on February 14, 2023. The solution made it possible to unite employees into a single network of communications for remote communication, solving current tasks and coordinating work processes.

ACRA employees interact with shareholders, clients and partners in Russia and abroad, including in the ACRA branch in Kazakhstan, therefore, the presence of a stable connection is a prerequisite for effective work. Earlier, the company used a foreign VKS service, but after the vendor limited support, the management decided to abandon it in favor of the domestic VKS platform TrueConf Server.

The solution was deployed on ACRA equipment, which allowed the launch of an autonomous communications network, to which only company employees have access. The operation of the solution does not depend on foreign software suppliers and providers and is protected from sanctions blocks and restrictions, which guarantees the uninterrupted communication processes of the organization.

Video communication in the company is used for workshops, external conferences with customers and contractors, as well as for training employees and clients of the agency. The company employs about 70 people who constantly use VKS and additional collaboration tools provided by the system - demonstration of the desktop and presentations, recording video conferencing and much more.

A stable and secure VKS solution deployed on the agency's infrastructure and independent of sanctions restrictions is an integral element of ensuring the daily operation of the company. TrueConf video communication helped create safe and comfortable conditions both for remote interaction of ACRA employees and to build a reliable and secure communication channel with partners and counterparties in Russia and abroad, commented Alexey Mukhin, Managing Director of ACRA.
