Aragossa supported a warehouse with the solution EXceed WMS

Infor - the software provider for business of medium-sized companies, completed system implementation of Infor SCM WM (Exceed WMS) in Aragossa company. The partner of Infor in the project - the MSK Consulting Group company performed all process of integration of a system.

Prerequisites

The Aragossa company needed the solution of automation of a warehouse which could help to optimize management process, at the same time compatible to the existing system of a rack warehouse. In the company the decision to install the Infor SCM WM system (Exceed WMS) was made.

Parameters served as selection terms:

• introduction of address storage and capability to work with the existing rack system, including with stuffed racks;
• increase in efficiency of processing of a trade flow, at the expense of business process optimization;
• reduction of errors on all business processes;
• control of the equipment and personnel;
• integration with the accounting system;
• capability of a system it is flexible to adapt under new types and groups of goods.

Result

The companies Infor and "MOSCOW TIME Consulting Group" found solutions on business process optimization which helped the company "Aragossa" to reach the new level of development. System implementation gave the chance of flexible management by the stuffed rack equipment.

Infor SCM Warehouse Management (Exceed WMS) reduced quantity of errors at selection of goods, the cost of transactions in a warehouse, optimized work of other departments.
