The purpose of the project:

It was critically important for Siltek to conduct sales and work with tenders in the same system. It was necessary to implement automatic loading of tenders to minimize labor costs of the tender department. Effectively organize the work of related departments that participate in the work on the tender. Get a system for automatic notification of users about key events occurring within the tender.

On the basis of the CRM module, the extension "AKAM: BIDDING for 1C: CRM" was introduced, which allows you to automate work with tenders.

Previously, the company's activities were built in such a way that all information on calculating prices, processing claims, conducting product examinations and participating in tenders was stored and processed, in most cases, somewhere in the heads of employees, in text documents, etc. Communication among employees of related departments was weak. A system was needed that would allow all of its processes to run in the same system. To solve problems, the CRM 3.0 module was purchased and built into the ERP 2.5.8 solution.

  • Fixing corrective actions on claims;
  • Creation of applications for testing and product expertise;
  • Categorization of expertise;
  • Drawing up a program of tests and examinations;
  • Accounting of costs for tests and examinations;

  • Report blocks have been set up to analyze the company's activity on tenders, analyze claims from customers.
