The company "Ros Concept" began to create a KIS based on the configuration "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" in the Moscow Region Congress Hotel "Areal."

The goal of the project is to create an effective ERP system that automates the back-office task:

• accounting and tax reporting;
• detailed payroll calculation;
• maintaining relations with suppliers and customers in accordance with the requirements of Russian law;
• obtaining management reporting;
• budget management, plan analysis.

To solve the hotel's characteristic problems, Ros Concept employees intend to apply the industry solution "Hotel & SPA" based on "1C: Production Enterprise Management 8."

Choice

The main criterion in favor "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was the experience of employees with products of the line. 1C

Plans

The project is planned to be implemented in three stages.

At the first stage, the standard functionality "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" will be configured. As a result, accounting and tax accounting, payroll and personnel accounting, relations with suppliers and customers will be automated, cash planning functionality will be set up, and integration with the client-bank will be carried out.

The second stage will finalize the program taking into account hotel specifics.

The third will consist of setting up budget management.

The project is expected to be implemented within four months.
