2023: Windows Client Application Exit to Manage Cash Desk Operation on Your Work Computer

Life Pay introduced the Windows Client application on February 14, 2023 to control the operation of the cash desk on a familiar computer. With it, you can form checks on your work PC by simply connecting a fiscal registrar to it. With Life Pay, the business can reduce the cost of connecting.

Earlier, entrepreneurs, in order to follow the 54-FZ, had to buy an expensive smart terminal to fiscalize sales. Now the business can only use a computer, which is most likely to be located in a retail outlet.

Those users who acquired a cash program on their PC were forced to purchase additional equipment - a microcomputer for communication with the cash register - for example, the well-known Raspberry Pi model . But in October 2022, their manufacturer - Raspberry Pi (RPI) Trading - announced a 30% rise in price for its development due to a shortage of electronic components and supply disruptions.

The cost of a microcomputer now starts at 12,000 rubles, which is critical for many entrepreneurs, especially the SME segment - in fact, you need to purchase a connector, the only task of which is the connection between the cash register and the PC. In addition, due to the shortage of components, the question of repairs in case of sudden failure or breakdown, which becomes impossible, arose sharply. Also, an additional technical element carries risks in work: it cannot always work correctly and quickly, failures can occur.

Life Pay provides an opportunity to avoid unnecessary spending by connecting the cashier directly to the computer. The Windows Client application from Life Pay works with ATOL cash desks and allows you to seamlessly combine them with a PC into a single system. It is possible to connect the cash register using a standard USB port and save on the purchase of a now unnecessary microcomputer. The application allows you to use the ATOL cashier for fiscalization in a store or sales office.

At the same time, it is also possible to fiscalize payments via the Internet - when connecting a cloud cash desk. For example, when an online store is connected to a checkout at a retail outlet or sales office, it will be able to form electronic checks of an online store and send them by SMS or mail to customers. And when buyers come to the outlet, they will create printed checks for them.

In the Life Pay account, an entrepreneur can collect transaction status data from several sources and systems, as well as obtain comprehensive information about the number of sales made over a certain period, the number of returns, the size of the average check and the amount of revenue from each employee. Visual reports allow you to link the payment to the order and find out for which transactions the amount has already arrived in the current account and which will arrive in the future. The entire payment management system from different sales channels becomes available in a single office.

The Windows Client application supports integration with CRM systems: YClients, U-ON.Travel, RetailCRM and others. Now employees of travel agencies, retail and services can easily work on the same platform and not switch between programs to form a check - the application recognizes a command from the CRM system and sends information to the cashier in the office or store. The application is active when the computer is turned on and does not depend on external factors that may affect the work.
