On February 17, 2023, Dynamics announced that it had implemented the components of the Dynamika IT ecosystem in Primsotsbank. As a result of implementation, the bank's profit increased due to cross-sales of credit cards. This result was achieved after the implementation of the customer's credit assessment using Dynamika - Credit Pipeline.

PJSC SKB Primorye "Primsotsbank" is one of the representatives of the banking sector of the Far East, whose regional network as of February 2023 has 55 points of presence in 36 settlements of Russia. Dynamics has been cooperating with the bank since 2018, and during this time several components of the Dynamika IT ecosystem were introduced into the IT landscape.

The introduction of Dynamika credit pipeline ensured the digitalization of the work processes of all credit divisions of the bank, and also made it possible to increase the speed of processing credit applications, due to the unification of the work process. In the Dynamika solution, the credit pipeline is calculated simultaneously with the approval of the main credit product and the credit card limit. Thanks to this assessment of the client's creditworthiness, managers in bank branches cross-sell credit cards. It should be noted that after the implementation of the decision, the number of card issues of this format increased.

In partnership with Dynamics, Primsotsbank received solutions that allow you to select products for customers, control the stages of the transaction, more efficiently process loan applications and much more. As part of the collaboration, several components of the Dynamika IT ecosystem were introduced:

Cooperation between Dynamics and Primsotsbank continues both in the development of existing solutions and in the implementation of the latest solutions. It is planned to introduce Dynamika CRM into the existing IT landscape of the bank, which will make the bank's work even more comfortable.
