2011: Implementation of SAP BPC 7.0 and 7.5

As part of SAP BPC-based SAPFIR, BearingPoint has completed the following projects:

• Implementation of the transformation consolidations financial and reporting system. As a result of the project, 2 models of transformation of financial statements were implemented: RSBU-, IFRS RAS-US GAAP, preparation of consolidated financial statements according to 3rd standards: RAS, MSFO, US, GAAP including balance sheet, statement of profit and loss, cash flows (direct/indirect) and others. interpretations

As a result of the project, the transformation and consolidation processes were standardized and fully automated, the closing time of the financial period was reduced, and the relevance and quality of financial reporting data was increased. The first implementation of SAP BPC NW in terms of consolidation in Russia.

• Implementation of tax planning and analysis system. Within the framework of the project, the procedures for collection, processing, analysis and control of tax accruals and liabilities of Gazprom Neft Group enterprises were optimized by creating a template SAP BEF solution, a toolkit was implemented for flexible analysis of tax indicators through sets of analytical reports, monitoring of significant deviations, and determining critical ratios of indicators.
• Automate calculation of accounting function KPIs for planning, analysis and control, and implement tools for flexible analysis of accounting function KPIs.
• Development of the transformation and consolidation solution, tax management and KPI analysis. The project has translated existing SAP BPC systems from version 7.0 to version 7.5.
