2017: Implementation of SAP BW on HANA and SAP BPC 10.1

BearingPoint helped the Power Machines group of companies implement the first stage of the program for creating a consolidation system and an analytical reporting system - the development of a conceptual solution. BearingPoint's tasks included adapting the consolidation methodology, writing the conceptual design of the consolidation system, developing the design and navigation in dashboards on key performance indicators, writing the conceptual design of the analytical reporting system in the following areas: production, finance, sales, investments, purchases, personnel. The scope of the project also included the selection of tools for implementing target systems and an estimate of the cost of the next stages of the project.

As a result of the project, conceptual and technical projects were developed and agreed for the implementation of consolidation systems, key performance indicators and analytical reporting. There are also gaps between the requirements of consolidation and analytical reporting systems and the capabilities of the accounting system. The elimination of these gaps will automate the formation of reporting according to IFRS standards and analytical reporting by group of companies.
