2007: Implementation of SAP BI IP and SAP Enterprise Portal Solutions

As part of the second phase of the Corporate Finance Management for Enterprise Center project, BearingPoint helped implement the operational planning system. The implementation of the system made it possible to significantly reduce the time for preparing the budget, accordingly increase the time for analysis and decision-making. The system made it possible to improve the quality of planning, as well as increase the transparency of planning and budgeting processes.

Project results:

• Overall results: overall increase of business transparency, provision of more information to management to monitor group activities, overall strengthening of business control, improvement of coordination between group departments.
• Budgeting: increasing the level of detail, increasing the comparability of data between group enterprises, reducing the time for collecting information, additional analytical capabilities, support for several scenarios.
• The implementation used almost all the basic functionality of solutions SAP in the field, BI the use SAP Enterprise Portal provided an easy and convenient user interface for working with the functionality of the system CPM with a single entry point.
