Specialists of Intensive Center "SofteX" (Simferopol), the partner company of Telefonnye Sistemy LLC (Moscow), completed the work on implementation of a communication framework of Oktell in travel agency "APL Travel" (Donetsk).
Based on a communication framework of Oktell the following technical tasks were solved: automation of service of the arriving calls and also is created voice help desk (IVR).
For convenience of the clients the management of travel agency "APL Travel" provided an opportunity to perform calls from any region of Ukraine on local phone numbers. Thus, the client at a call to office of the company manages to cut down significantly expenses as connection goes with number of its regional center, but not long-distance Donetsk number. The similar solution was implemented thanks to IP telephony opportunities. Landline phone numbers on which potential clients of travel agency can make calls are fixed in all regional centers of the central and east regions of Ukraine behind APL Travel company and communicate with call center operators for obtaining the reference information.
The solution implemented based on a communication framework by Oktell allows to perform high-quality client support, to automate accounting and obtaining operational information about the client (history of travel, the preferred directions, age), to keep track of addictions. Allows to approach detailing of data on the client more fully and comprehensively his service, to foresee requests and to offer tours and special actions interesting to the client. Using Oktell in uniform number space two remote offices of the company therefore, information exchange between employees and the management accelerated were joint and also costs for telephone communication significantly decreased.
