Biography

Born on October 1, 1969 in the city of Salavat, Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.

In 1999 he graduated from the Yekaterinburg Fire and Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation with a degree in fire safety.

In 2005 he graduated from St. Petersburg State Polytechnic University with a degree in jurisprudence.

1991: Service in the internal affairs bodies

From December 1991 to December 2001, he served in the internal affairs bodies.

2002: PJSC GP and PPP Management

From January 2002 to December 2019 he worked in the State Treasury Institution "Office of Civil Protection and Fire Service of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug." First, as a leading specialist, head of the operations department of the Office, since January 2005, acting head of the Office and since March 2006, as head of the Office.

2019: Acting Deputy Governor - Chairman of the Government of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug

On December 10, 2019, he was appointed Acting Deputy Governor - Chairman of the Government, Head of the Department of Industrial Policy of the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug.
