Biography

Born on August 15, 1971 in Moscow.

In 1992, he graduated with honors from the Novosibirsk Higher Military Command School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

In 2001 he graduated from the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow with a degree in jurisprudence, lawyer.

1988: Military service in the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR and Russia

From 1988 to 1995 he served in the Internal Troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR and Russia.

1995: Service in the internal affairs bodies of the Magadan region

From 1995 to 2011, he served in the internal affairs bodies of the Magadan Region in various officer positions. During the service period, he repeatedly performed service and combat missions in various regions, is a veteran of hostilities.
