By order of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Ecology of the Altai Territory, in accordance with the requirements of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 22.09.2018 No. 1130, Etton will adjust the regional territorial waste management scheme and its electronic model. The work is planned to be completed from March to August 2023.
As part of the adjustment, these terschems will be visualized, waste management will be improved, a closed cycle system for MSW and secondary resources will be formed, MSW transportation will be optimized.
The change in the electronic model should ensure the visual display of data on waste management in the region, access of representatives of various categories of the population and organizations to spatial data.
An interactive map will be added to the electronic model, access to which will be open to the general population and representatives of various organizations. Also, information about waste management in the region, data on treatment facilities and other infrastructure will be visualized. Another important change is the integration of the regional scheme with the federal waste management scheme.
The change in the terschema will take into account the environmental and economic interests of society, reduce the adverse impact on the environment and preserve the biological diversity of the regional nature.
