The Procredit bank implemented ERP and calculates salary in 15 minutes

The Fort-Labs company and Procredit Bank completed system implementation of payroll on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

Premises and tasks

The management Procredit of Bank initiated carrying out the analysis of quality of the processes relating to personnel management and payroll.

As these functions are performed on a centralized basis, was revealed that the personnel of accounting division spend more than 30 hours for calculation of the charges, deduction and taxes connected with salary payment. Also requirement of creation of a common information space for the staff of department of personnel management and the staff of accounting division as for calculations data on employment of personnel were used was revealed.

According to the revealed requirements, there was an automation effective objective – reduction of time for payroll from 36 to one o'clock the working day and ensuring compliance of a system of salary accrual to the legislation of Ukraine.

Products and plans

As a basis for this system the solution "1C:Enterprise 8 was selected . Management of manufacturing enterprise for Ukraine".

This solution allowed to automate in a complex not only payroll and personnel records, but also some other tasks Procredit of Bank there is fixed asset accounting and other non-current assets, and in the long term – management of finance and reporting according to international standards.

Facts

In an automated system three tens users of different divisions of bank work. A common information space for the staff of department of personnel management and the staff of accounting division is created by the implemented solution.

Were automated:

• fixed assets, intangible assets, the invaluable fast-wearing-out objects.

Result

The main objective of the project is achieved - time for payroll for more than one and a half thousand employees Procredit of Bank is reduced from 36 to 15 o'clock minutes.
