Vadim Vlasov graduated from the Moscow Aviation Institute with a degree in mechanical engineering. He subsequently completed a continuing education program at the London and Harvard Business Schools.

Biography

2000-2010

In 2000-2003 - Vice President and Director of the Siemens Medical Solutions Department in Russia and the CIS.

In 2003-2010 - Head of the Russian representative office of Airbus.

2010-2019

From 2010 to August 2019, Vadim Vlasov was president of the Novartis group of companies in Russia, chairman of the board of directors of the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers (AIPM).

2019-2022

Since 2019 - Deputy General Director for Development of the Mother and Child Group of Companies. Vlasov left the group "Mother and Child" in 2022.

2023: Appointment as Head of Corporate Medicine at NLMK

In early March 2023, it became known that Vadim Vlasov was appointed head of the corporate medicine development strategy at the Novolipetsk Metallurgical Plant (NLMK). He left there from the group "Mother and Child." In the latter, Vlasov's departure was explained by "personal reasons."

In the group "Mother and Child" Vlasov served as Deputy General Director for Development. In 2022, the company suspended the implementation of large-scale projects for the construction of medical centers in the Moscow region. Thus, the company liquidated two legal entities - Mother and Child Lipetsk LLC and Mother and Child Belgorod LLC. The group planned to invest a total of 100 million rubles in the opening of clinics in these cities, projects in Lipetsk and Belgorod were supposed to be launched in the first half of 2022. But investments in them, according to the interlocutor of Vedomosti, were suspended due to the current economic situation and high uncertainty in the market.
