The Russian office Cyklop automates all types of accounting

Implementation of 1C: Accounting 8 in the Russian representative office of chemical concern Cyklop is complete. The partner in an implementation project - "1C: Homnet Consulting".

The information system conforms to the standards "Sayklop Rus" and standards of parent organization.

Bases for the project

Sayklop Rus felt urgent need for automation of parallel accounting according to RAS and IFRS. Systems used earlier had no sufficient functionality for operational and faultless formation of the production reporting.

In Sayklop Rus made the decision on creation of a modern flexible information system by means of which the company could exercise effective management of accounting activity and beznes-processes on the basis of qualitative reports. The decision on transfer of activity to the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform which implementation as a result allowed to create uniform information base "Sayklop Rus" with new opportunities for processing and obtaining information was made.

Implementation

For automation of accounting and tax accounting 1C: Accounting 8 is set. As a result of inspection of the enterprise it was found out that the configuration provides the solution of all tasks facing service of accounting of customer company.

In the course of automation of accounting transfer of all data from 1C: Accounting 7.7 in a configuration of 1C: Accounting 8, with its subsequent completions according to specifics of organization activity was performed.

In particular, specialists "1C: Homnet Consulting" is automated accounting of goods in way, nomenclature, warehouse, added account 15 of RAS ("Preparation and acquisition of material values").

Result

Automation of accounting and tax accounting allowed employees to keep Sayklop Rus fixed asset accounting and intangible assets; calculate cost value of products and services, to keep account of cash flow, to make calculations with partners and advance holders, to keep an inventory control (in information base the results of inventory which are automatically verified with inventory data are reflected, the revealed excesses are reflected, shortages are written off), to prepare financial statements and to keep the personified account.
