2023: Introduction of Intelligent Digital System for Aerodrome Fuel Truck Management
The jet fuel operator has introduced an intelligent digital system at Sheremetyevo International Airport to control airfield fuel tankers. The Aerologistics platform, the company's own development, selects the optimal options for refueling aircraft using a mathematical model.
To calculate the most effective scenarios, the Aerologistics system analyzes over 25 types of data from digital sensors at fuel tankers and satellite navigation, as well as information from the airport dispatching service and accounting systems of the jet fuel operator. Before refueling the aircraft, the digital platform analyzes the type of aircraft, its location on the platform, the direction of flight and offers a solution to the dispatcher: the type of tanker, the required volume of fuel, the route of movement. Then the task is sent to the truck driver's computer and displayed on the pilot's tablet to approve the refueling volumes. As a result, fewer cars are used to service flights while increasing their load.
When developing our digital system, we focused on the world indicator - the average level of useful use of the machine on the platform is 67%. With the launch of Aerologics, we exceeded this figure: at the beginning of March 2023, it is up to 82% during peak hours. During 2023, we plan to deploy the system at other Russian airports. In addition, we are ready, together with our partners - airlines and aviation services - to expand the functionality of our platform to solve a common industry problem - to increase the efficiency of the entire fleet of aircraft ground handling equipment, said Vladimir Egorov, CEO of jet fuel operator.

The Aerologistics system is integrated with the Smart Fuel blockchain platform, which allows airlines to instantly pay for approved fuel volumes online.
