The Kazan airport completed implementation of EDMS

The international airport "Kazan" implements an electronic document management system "CASE".

In the conditions of growth of a passenger traffic and increase in load of the airport, increase in management efficiency and, in particular, implementation of modern technology platforms becomes for company management of one of priority tasks. The next step on this way – system implementation of electronic document management (e-document flow) which as it is supposed, will allow to reduce significantly time of document handling and will provide the convenient instrument of managerial supervision. As the platform for automation of e-document flow the CASE system is selected.

At the Beginning

At an initial stage implementation of three jobs of the CASE system is planned.

Works on system implementation are carried out by forces of specialists of InfoEngineering company - the partner of Electronic Office Systems company.

Project Results

On April 9, 2014 the company InfoEngineering announced implementation project completion EDMS "CASE". For April 9, 2014 in a document management system of the airport Kazan 75 users work.

The project is begun with implementation in 2010 of 37 jobs of "DELO-WEB" and three - the CASE system. Orientation to primary use of a web subsystem is caused by need of ensuring full remote access for EDMS by means of the web browser from any computer connected to the Internet that allows employees to solve production problems to make decisions, to perform or control course of execution, being outside office.

Works on system implementation were carried out by forces of specialists of InfoEngineering company. After system learning the customer several times bought additional jobs (in 2014 last time) that allowed to build the effective document management system covering all divisions of the company.
