The InfoEngineering company started implementation at the International airport "Kazan" of a subsystem of electronic document management "Delo-Web".
Superstructure
Installation of a subsystem is carried out within implementation at customer company of the EDMS "CASE". Commissioning about 40 jobs is supposed.
The subsystem of "DELO-WEB" allows to get full remote access to a workplace of the CASE system through the web browser from any computer connected to the Internet. Use of full remote access and the organization of mobile jobs allows employees to solve production problems, to make decisions, to perform or control course of execution, being outside office.
Requirements
Demanded systems capabilities: document registration automation, preparation of outgoing correspondence, mechanisms of issue and control of execution of instructions, joint work with draft documents, mailing of notifications and reminders, recording of actions with documents and preparation of reports.
