Content

The TopS Business Integrator company (TopS BI) and Invest Group completed the project on creation corporate the intranet portal based on the standard solution TopS BI Intranet Portal on the Microsoft SharePoint platform.

Difficulties of group work

The holding structure of the company and geographical remoteness of offices led to the fact that employees from different branches and divisions of Group were not rather informed on a company performance, did not perceive themselves a part of a whole. Communication were generally limited only to working questions. There were no real effective tools allowing to improve corporate communications, to implement projects on team building, to create the general information field for all divisions of Group. Implementation the intranet portal became a key stage in solving of tasks on creation of the uniform corporate culture promoting increase in employee performance of the company consider Invest in company management.

Project Implementation

Within creation the intranet portal by experts of TopS BI company is developed a graphic prototype and structure of the portal, the structure of document storage is created. Information services, for the organization of joint work are implemented, search in the portal and documents is configured, processes of an execution of requests for auxiliary office resources are automated. The management system for access rights of staff of the company to sections of libraries of documents is developed and customized. The scalability of the solution allowing to minimize costs at further expansion of functionality of the portal is provided.

Results

Creation the intranet portal integrated all branches and the UK "Invest" subsidiary companies in a common information space.
