Biography
Born on June 20, 1968 in the city of Gulkevichi, Krasnodar Territory.
In 1987 he graduated from the Krasnodar College of Sugar Industry with a degree in Thermal Engineering Equipment of Industrial Enterprises.
In 1997, he received the specialty of civil engineer at the Far Eastern State University of Railways.
In 2006 he graduated from the Institute of Advanced Studies of the Far Eastern State University of Railways under the Management program in the Transport and Enterprise Management industries.
