2022: Implementation of "1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2"
In May 2022, it became known about the completion of the project for the implementation of "1C: ERP + PM Management of the project organization 2" in OylGazProekt LLC.
As reported, in the period from 2014 to 2019, OilGasProyekt LLC successfully used the 1C: Project Organization Management 1.3 system. The system carried out project, accounting and personnel accounting, payroll was calculated. The system was supported by ITLand. In 2021, in connection with the upcoming completion of support for the current version of the system, a transition to an up-to-date solution was required. For the upgrade, the software product "1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2" was selected, which is a logical development of "1C: Project Organization Management 1.3" and provides advanced capabilities for project management and accounting.
ITLand carried out the following works: needs assessment and architecture selection, offered the product "1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2." The company acquired the product and carried out the launch and transfer of residues using the internal competence center. In 2022, the company applied for expert services to launch a planning loop and a plan for the actual analysis of labor costs, including with the aim of analyzing the feasibility of promising projects. Within the framework of the task, the business processes were simulated taking into account the existing data array, the model was adopted for use, the responsible employees of the customer were trained, the circuit was put into commercial operation. Methodical assistance was also provided to transfer the data file base to the server database, with the server database being turned around on the Astra-Linux environment. The project management system based on "1C: ERP + PM Project Organization Management 2" in terms of labor management was put into commercial operation in May 2022. As part of the interaction, 5 workplaces were additionally automated.
As a result of the development of the project management system:

- The management personnel of the company is promptly provided with up-to-date and reliable information on the planned project data and available resources for implementation.
- More efficient management of the company's resources is organized.

- Project progress monitoring and timely response to project deviations are ensured.
- The project history is being collected and analyzed to optimize the enterprise technology for project management.
System users: General Director, Planning and Economics Department, Production Departments. There are plans to further develop the functionality of the system.
