2023: Suspended sentence for a bribe to a former employee of the anti-corruption department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs

In January 2023, the Voroshilovsky District Court of Rostov-on-Don found Tatyana Avetisova, deputy director of the Family Medical Center private clinic, guilty of transferring a bribe to a police officer and sentenced her to three years probation.

According to the press service of the FSB in the Rostov region, Avetisova wanted to act as an intermediary between the management of the clinic, where she worked as an employee of the Department of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption Artem Zakharov. The latter promised to stop checking against the center's employees for monetary rewards. Zakharov was previously sentenced to a fine of 2 million rubles.

According to the investigation, Tatyana Avetisova asked the organization's management for 1.5 million rubles, of which 1 million rubles intended to be given to the policeman, and 500 thousand to be spent at her own discretion. At the same time, expecting the requested amount from Avetisova, the ex-policeman decided to apply for funds in the same amount to another employee of the clinic - the head of the security service. Having learned about the actions of the former law enforcement officer, the leadership of the medical center appealed to the FSB. At the time of receiving the money, he was detained by officers of the FSB of Russia in the Rostov region. Zakharov pleaded guilty and wrote a confession.

According to the FSB of the Rostov region, the materials of the investigation of the regional department of the Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation became the basis for initiating a criminal case against Tatyana Avetisova under Part 5 of Art. 291.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (mediation in bribery).

According to the SPARK-Interfax system, Family Medical Center LLC was registered in Rostov-on-Don in 2011. By January 2023, Olga Katerincheva owns 55% of the legal entity's shares, Vladimir Pugachev - 45%.[1]
