2023: Moving to the HRlink platform
The company Fix Price refused paper in personnel workflow. HR E-DOCUMENT FLOW helped HRlink platform the company reduce the number of paper documents HR by 50%. The company HRlink announced this on March 13, 2023.
At to data the end of 2022, the Fix Price chain of stores consisted of 5,663 stores Russia countries in and near abroad. Every month, Fix Price employs about 1,000 people - the burden on HR specialists is enormous, since hiring each person requires a large number of documents. Therefore, the company decided to abandon paper in HR and take part in an experiment on Ministry of Labour and Social Protection the transition to personnel electronic document management (KEDO). At the first stage, Fix Price implemented the project on its own - they began to exchange electronic personnel documents with remote employees using UKEP.
Later, the company decided to completely switch to personnel EDO - and choose a suitable IT partner for this.
HRlink was chosen as the developer of the KEDO platform. The main arguments in favor of the service were the developed functionality of the system, the manufacturer's readiness to adapt to our requests, as well as the flexibility of the API and the established integrations with the BOSS-Personnel system, which is used in our company. The transition turned out to be soft and painless. After the successful completion of the pilot, we transferred hiring to HRlink. The plans are to use the service to sign 100% of personnel documents allowed by law, "said Anton Maksimenko, HR Director of Fix Price. |
The migration project to HRlink took about six months: it took three months to introduce basic functionality and scale the service in the company, the same amount - to deploy the API and connect to accounting systems. As of March 2023, about 80% of Fix Price employees are connected to the service.
As a result of the project, the routine load on HR specialists Fix Price has been significantly reduced. The number of securities in the HR department decreased by about 50%. Thanks to the service, company employees can sign documents in a few clicks from a computer or smartphone - the HRlink interface is simple and accessible to users with any level of technical skills.
We were able to implement the project in such a short time due to close cooperation with the Fix Price team and the active involvement of its specialists in the project. So, at the stage of scaling the system, the company effectively worked with the objections of employees. Some of them did not understand what papers and how to safely sign in electronic form. They feared for the privacy of their data. Therefore, Fix Price released a training video in which the process of switching to KEDO and answering typical questions were explained as simply and understandable as possible, "said Dmitry Makhlin, partner and director of HRlink development. |
