2023: Move to SimpleOne platform

AUCHAN Retail Russia has switched to the Russian SimpleOne business process automation platform. In the first stage of the SimpleOne transition project, the work of the IT department and the logistics department was built. SimpleOne (Simpson 1) announced this on March 13, 2023. The client, together with the vendor, develops the company's corporate ESM platform, connecting other service departments to it and expanding functionality.

Before switching to SimpleOne at AUCHAN, Retail Russia used a product from a vendor. In ServiceNow order to maintain the availability of an automated service, the client migrated to a platform of a similar class from the Russian developer SimpleOne.

First of all, the IT service and the logistics department were connected to work in the system. By March 13, 2023, the corporate system employs more than 500 specialists, which is almost twice the number of users before migrating from ServiceNow. Using the functionality of the SimpleOne platform, the company has significantly developed monitoring tools and automated registration of applications, which has increased the transparency of processes and the level of service for the internal client.

The system closes all the necessary needs of the company. Moreover, the functionality of a number of modules in the new system has been improved and adapted for our use to a much greater extent than it was before migration, "said Maxim Strict, Chief information officer of AUCHAN Retail Russia.

Further, it is planned to transfer to the platform all departments in which there is a first line in one form or another. First of all: legal finance and HR departments. In terms of functionality, the development of reporting and accounting tools SLA and WLA between teams will continue.
