In Lomo company system implementation of electronic document management and business process automation Euphrates began. For project implementation at the developer of the software product were purchased the server with the Fast Start + Templates configuration and the right to simultaneous operation of 25 users. Implementation will be performed by the customer's specialists.

For acceleration of process of approval of documents and increase in level of performing discipline of employees the management Lomo made the decision to automate document flow of the company. After assessment of the leading electronic document management systems provided in the Russian IT market the Euphrates software product was selected. The developed functionality and the high flexibility of a system allowing to adapt it to specifics of activity of the enterprise without involvement of developer company became the pacing factors which defined this solution.

It is planned that as a result of system implementation Euphrates in Lomo company will be organized accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence and also internal document flow of the enterprise (registration and mailing of organizational and administrative documents, the movement of memos, etc.) is automated.
