iiii Tech independently migrated to the SimpleOne ITSM system in a month and a half

IT company iiii Tech (ex-TietoEvry Russia) on March 14, 2023 announced that it had migrated to the SimpleOne ITSM system as part of a project to separate from a foreign parent company. For a month and a half, the client, without attracting specialists from outside, transferred key business processes to this system and localized its own IT solutions, laying the foundation for the development of its system into a multifunctional ESM platform.

On the basis of SimpleOne, IT support processes for internal and external customers were automated, as well as services related to the work of HR, accounting and financial departments were added.

Previously, the company used an ITSM solution from the Western vendor ServiceNow. Having separated from the parent organization, the iiii Tech team set a goal to replace a foreign ITSM solution with a similar tool of Russian development.

As part of the migration project, SimpleOne set up the following elements of the company's IT service: process management, service catalog, management of requests, incidents, problems, service level, knowledge, assets and service portfolio, account and access management. Instance branding, basic portal configuration for users, integration with Telegram and AD were implemented, SSO and indicators were implemented, applications and customer accounts were imported from the old system.

Users of the implemented system note a successful notification interface and ease of use through Telegram. Another qualitative change that the client notes is the ability to make any changes to the system.
