To solve problems, the CRM 3.1 module was purchased and built into the 'ERP 2.5' solution. On the basis of the CRM module, the extension "AKAM: BIDDING for 1C: CRM" was also introduced, which allows you to automate work with tenders.

The main tasks of the implementation are to make it possible to make an end-to-end analysis of the phased movement of transactions with control of the company's processes, adapt the company's processes to the functionality of the system and minimize manual work of all employees.

The main results of the project are:

  • The ability to select an item group in a transaction;
  • Indication of delivery parameters, technical requirements, tolerance and specifications in the transaction;
  • Connecting the assistant manager to complete the transaction;
  • Formation of a list of participants in the transaction;
  • Preliminary and general agreement of the transaction;
  • The ability to respond to the agreement of the transaction via mail;
  • Loading prices for the item in the context of the item groups from file Excel using the Marketer's AWS;
  • Possibility to specify the manager price for each item and create a discount/mark-up depending on the price;
  • Accounting of signatories on the part of the organization and the client;
  • Accounting of delivery costs in the "Customer Order" document;
  • Printed forms of specifications, invoices and contract invoices;
  • No editing of the transaction after approval;
  • Automatic generation of contract BOM numbers and rule invoices
  • Maintaining tender sales and their subsidiary transactions with control of the goods sold;
  • The ability to create an "invoice" document for several implementations;
  • Possibility of specifying a major transaction.
