To upgrade 1S:UPP from (due to the end of support for this solution), the solution "ERP 2.5.8" with the built-in CRM module version 3.0 was purchased. The main task of the implementation was to preserve and optimize the company's well-established processes for dealing with complex sales.
Project results.
- The main results of the project are:
- Transition from legacy 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management system to 1C: ERP + CRM
- Ability to control the processing of all cases entering the system
- Ability to work on a Transaction (from lead receipt to closing) in one document
- The hierarchical structure of the Transaction documents is implemented (for working with related leads)
- Planning and storage of the transaction budget in several sections (Planned and Master budget) was implemented for further analysis of the efficiency of the transaction
- Coordination processes within the framework of the transaction have been simplified (previously conducted in different systems, after implementation all tasks are received in the same 1C:ERP + CRM system)
- It is possible to build a structure of Partner's subdivisions with Contact Persons linked to them
- Fixing the transaction environment: the ability to indicate and store information about Partners and Contact Persons participating in the transaction (throughout its life cycle), indicating their role in this transaction
- The AWS "My Planned Contracts" was implemented for the convenience of updating the planned dates for current transactions by managers
- The possibility of planning trips for a transaction is realized
- The generation of reports was simplified: on sales, financial and working with primary documents (before the implementation of 1C:ERP + CRM, reports were collected in Excel)
