About the project
NPF "Otkritie" - one of the funds in the pension market. countries More than 7.1 million people - actually 19% of the total number Russians forming a funded pension in non-state pension funds - are clients of the Fund, more than 519 billion pension savings are managed by NPF Otkritie.
Task
Restart the intranet system for Foundation employees. The integrators were the company. The Extyl previous version was based on intranet portal CMS a system that was outdated and was not supported by the developer for a long time. The portal was difficult to develop and customize. Extyl representatives had to move it to another platform, redesign the entire structure, add features and redesign the site.
Decision
Extyl has developed a non-standard integration with several customer systems for the operational interaction of employees. Now on the portal you can quickly log in without entering accounts data and synchronize and display events in the calendar for users and meeting rooms - this optimizes the process of planning employees' working time.
Onboarding automation
Employees of the company see a step-by-step adaptation plan with training materials and personal tasks. The manager can control onboarding and upload any additional tasks to the plan. He also receives push notifications about what tasks the beginner has completed.
The intranet optimizes the work of managers, allows them to set tasks on one or more employees at once, comment on tasks and export them to EXCEL for printing internal documents. At the end of the probation period, the manager evaluates and decides on further hiring directly in the interface.
Services and Claims
Extyl representatives have compiled categories of employee needs: ordering business cards, transport, calling a courier. We have developed a section in which each demand has its own request form. After the form is completed, the task is automatically sent to the responsible employee and its status is displayed in the interface.
Business processes have become faster and more transparent. The portal helped to exclude unnecessary actions: calls, tabulation, writing letters.
Corporate Training
Extyl has developed a "Training" section with options for face-to-face and distance courses. Full-time courses include online lectures and the ability to enroll in full-time events. Distance learning is pre-recorded videos, text lectures and practical tasks, as well as testing at the end of the training course.
Corporate media
Extyl has developed an administrative panel for content managers so that they can quickly plot articles for the news and special offers section. Now they can quickly upload texts to the portal, add covers, change colors and font format.
A collection of statistics on likes and views was also installed so that the content manager could track the dynamics of views and highlight the topics most exciting to employees.
Results
A portal has been developed with additional functions and a fresh design that can be scaled and developed. Reduced labor costs for employees to complete work tasks and optimized communication within the team. The onboarding process in the company is digitalized.
