About the project

The public law company "Fund for the Development of Territories" (up to 01.01.2022 - the Fund for the Protection of the Rights of Citizens - Participants in Shared Construction) was created by the Russian Federation in order to implement the state housing policy aimed at increasing the guarantee of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of citizens - participants in construction, including members of housing construction cooperatives who have requirements for the transfer of residential premises, parking spaces, non-residential premises.

Objectives and Objectives

• Combining the interaction of the Customer's employees with most of the Customer's systems and business processes in a single system - corporate portal;
• Optimizing work and increasing employee engagement when using the corporate portal;
• Optimization of labor efficiency by combining the information required by the employee in a single system and saving time for searching for information.

Execution

The integrator of the project was Extyl.

• Integrated with ActiveDirectory
• Carried out with the NSI base in terms of unloading employees
• The customer now implements the employee-by-employee array query method data for the portal 1C-Bitriks24 on a schedule 1 time every day the database is accessed by this method. In response to the request, an array of data is transmitted for all employees of the company with all fields. The portal processes file the response (the format of the response is agreed at the stage) programming and writes it to the database.
