2023: Building a Company

On March 22, 2023, Humo announced the attraction of more than 11.5 million rubles of investments from the founder of the platform for legal acceptance of cryptocurrency for legal entities Calypso Alexei Korneev (invested $100 thousand), Azat Shakurov (2 million rubles) and Albert Arsentiev (2 million rubles). The funds went to create a service.

The investment deal was announced by the Russian Venture Telegram channel. He writes that the Humo project was launched by the former CEO of the Potok crowdlanding platform from Alfa-Bank, the founder of GoExpert Nikita Abramenko. The Humo platform allows small and medium-sized businesses, as well as bloggers, to collect investments (from their audience, and immediately through various tools - digital financial assets, loans, SPV).

According to Abramenko, there can be many models for such investments, base clients are invited to give part of the proceeds to their investors. By March 2023, the service operates in the Russian Federation, Armenia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Georgia and the UAE.

Such project financing works only for the "cereal." At the same time, more and more companies have already grown their communities, their loyal audience. For example, 12Storeez has 1.5 million followers. And with an audience of 10-30 thousand people, there are already thousands of companies/bloggers. Such a loyal audience is ready to invest, knowingly trusting the founder or brand, - said Nikita Abramenko.

As indicated on the project website, Humo users receive a mini-platform that allows:

• collect amounts of any size - you can accept from 300 rubles from each investor;
• distribute links to investments in their channels, mailings and pages on social networks;
• establish remuneration;
• ensure management and accounting (taxes, contracts, accrual of payments and interest)
