The government of the Republic of Kalmykia applies EDMS

The Digital Design company completed an implementation project of an interdepartmental electronic document management system in the Government of the Republic of Kalmykia. A system on the DocsVision platform will provide information space between executive authorities of the Republic of Kalmykia and operating control of execution of instructions.

System. Appointments. Effect

The Uniform Interdepartmental Electronic Document Management System (UIEDMS) is implemented in 16 executive authorities of the republic, including Government Office of RK, the Ministry of Finance of RK, Ministry of Health and Social Development of RK, the Ministry of Agriculture of RK.

Results. Expectations

EMSED developed on the DocsVision platform allows to organize operational exchange of electronic documents between Government Office of the Republic of Kalmykia and other executive authorities.

Processing of citizens' appeals is automated that will reduce reaction time. Besides, employees of the Government will have a possibility of effective document retrieval.

Integrator about the project

Vasily Novikov, the director of the department of information management of Digital Design, notes: "Works on this project were conducted in extremely short time – in one and a half months we made everything, beginning from development of the concept of automation before key user training and system administrators. It is approximately twice faster than the typical duration of such projects".

Now in a system 50 jobs are organized.
