White Paper: IT Project Management
2023: Solution Presentation
On March 23, 2023, Witte Consulting introduced a system for organizing the work of remote employees, accounting for the working hours of distributed IT teams. ViWork also allows you to solve the tasks of creating and monitoring a budget resource plan for the project.
The ViWork corporate resource management system is designed for companies with remote and distributed teams of IT specialists interacting with individual entrepreneurs, GPC, self-employed employees. The system organizes the maintenance of projects with details up to stages, reflects costs and mutual settlements. You can apply various filters to display and search for information, such as project status, implementation date, project manager.
In terms of resource planning, the system allows you to plan a project team, including taking into account the necessary skills and competencies, taking into account employment on other projects. The maintenance of the time sheet is integrated with the maintenance of vacations, which is also carried out in the system. ViWork reporting (actual employee employment, planned employment, etc.) simplifies management decision-making. The role model, the ability to create individual coordination paths for approving issues and timesheets, as well as other system capabilities allow you to effectively solve organizational tasks.
It has become a common practice to interact with employees who are in different cities, in different countries of the world. To optimize their work on projects and account for resources, we created the ViWork system. It will help project managers to effectively plan time, budgets, team loads, track additional labor costs, see current statistics and easily predict work results, "said Karina Limonova, Department Director, Head of HR Automation Projects, Witte Consulting (I-Teco Group of Companies). |
