The service allows both entrepreneurs and large enterprises to safely exchange employee documents for correct and fast accounting, personnel and tax accounting. By the end of 2023, more than 100 thousand users will switch to the SberSolutions cloud platform.

With the classic outsourcing scheme, the exchange of documents (scans of passports, SNILS, certificates, statements, bank details) often occurs by e-mail and instant messengers - unprotected communication channels. The My SberSolutions platform regularly undergoes various checks and scans for vulnerabilities.

For customers, the platform will give transparency in interaction with the counterparty. In addition, the transition to My SberSolutions will allow the SberSolutions operational efficiency team to carefully monitor the work of its accountants and personnel officers, increase the speed of response to user requests and improve the quality of the service provided. Applications in the system are automatically assigned to the desired specialist who is assigned to the partner.

In the near future, the developers will expand the functionality of the service: it will also be available as a portal of human resources services for employees of companies of any size and business segment.
